By accessing or using Dinerly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Dinerly provides a digital menu and restaurant management platform, including QR code generation, AI translations, and online ordering integration. We offer various subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency) with different feature sets.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payments
Certain features are paid. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through our partner, Dodo Payments. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
- Starter: Free of charge.
- Pro/Agency: Billed at the rates specified on our pricing page.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dinerly and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content (e.g., menu items, logos) that you upload to the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dinerly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
