  • Starter: This plan is free, and no refunds are applicable.
  • Pro & Agency: These are paid monthly subscriptions.

3. Refund Eligibility

Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical Failures: If you are unable to access our services due to a major technical failure on our part that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billed in Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your account will remain active at your current tier until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@dinerly.restaurant with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
